This club caters to the needs of "LOCAL MEMBERS" who physically participate in the club activities and attend club meets. This club also caters to the needs of "GLOBAL MEMBERS", who are a part of the global community, who cannot physically participate in the club's activities but would like to share their talents. Keeping this in mind, the rules and regulations are separated in different sections to target different member groups.
COMMON RULES & REGULATIONS
  • Free membership. Online registration required.
  • All correspondence will be only through e-mails via the contact form on the website.
  • All members are encouraged to share sample clips of their performance with Bollywood Talent Club for showcasing on this website.
  • The rules and regulations for "GLOBAL MEMBERS" will apply to anyone sharing clips of their performace with Bollywood Talent Club.
  • Members are responsible and liable for the content they submit.
  • Members are required to make sure the content of their performance does not involve violating the law, infringement of copyrights, patents and trademarks.
  • Members are required to make sure the content of their performance is decent, respectful and professional.
  • Rules and Regulations are subject to change and members will be informed of changes.
RULES & REGULATIONS FOR "LOCAL MEMBERS"
  • Admission and participation in the activities of the club is only for members.
  • This will be a strictly smoking-free, alcohol-free and drug-free environment.
  • Professionalism, decency and respect for each other must be maintained at all times.
  • Members must share the cost of food, hall and sound systems/equipment rentals, if any. The cost per member will be informed in advance.
  • Members must adhere to the timings, rules and regulations of the venue chosen.
  • Members interested in performing must email their songs/items to admin@bollywoodtalentclub.com at least 10 days before the event. Walk-ins for performances will not be permitted.
  • Every performing member gets to perform a max. of 2 items with a 5 minute limit on each item.
  • Performing members must rehearse well before the event to achieve the quality and professional aspect of their performance.
  • Performing members must bring their own instruments to play or the music for singing.
  • Some venues may have limited seating, so performances will be based on first come basis.
  • If a performing member does not get to perform due to shortage of time or seating capacity, they will get priority at the next club meet and will perform first.
  • If a performing member does not show up on their performance date, they will lose their turn and will have to re-schedule their performance.
  • Members will be informed of the event venue in advance. The location may be changed at the last minute based on the response and participant count.
  • If the club meet gets cancelled due to causes beyond control (including natural causes), the performances may be re-scheduled for the next club meet.
  • Law and order will be enforced by the venue authorities if things go out of control.
  • Depending on the response, interest and the club strength, the club may plan quarterly shows open to public.
  • Some events may be performed for charity at the discretion of the club.
  • Recordings of selected performances (video or audio) may be posted online on this website.
  • By providing the contact information of parent or legal guardian during registration, it is assumed that the member in "Under 18" age group has obtained the consent of parent or legal guardian to join this club.
  • During club meets, members in the "Under 18" age group must always be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian who must also be a club member.
  • The parent or legal guardian shall be responsible and liable for any member in the "Under 18" age group, in terms of their personal safety, contents of performance, violation of laws, infringement of copyrights, patents and trademark.
RULES & REGULATIONS FOR "GLOBAL MEMBERS"
  • All content submitted shall be subject to approval by Bollywood Talent Club.
  • Objectional content not adhering to the rules and regulations of the club will not be shown here.
  • Members who wish to share their video clips can upload them on YouTube and email us the video link.
  • Members who wish to share their audio clips can email their audio clips to admin@bollywoodtalentclub.com.
  • For Singing, Acting, Comedy, Shayari, Mimicry and Jokes categories, audio and video clips not in Hindi or English or not related to Bollywood will not be accepted.
  • There is no language restriction for Instrumental music or Dancing categories.
  • Only MP3 format will be accepted for audio clips.
  • Play time for each audio clip emailed should be less than 3 mins.
  • Audio clips should be converted to a bitrate of 96 KBPS or less.
  • Audio clips should be sampled at 11KHz, 22KHz or 44KHz.
  • Bollywood Talent Club reserves the right to remove any audio or video clip from the Talent Corner for any reason.
I agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the club. I indemnify and hold harmless Bollywood Talent Club, its owners, officers, staff, heirs, successors and members. If I am in the "18 and Over" age group, I agree that I will be solely responsible for myself and for any member in the "Under 18" age group who accompanies me, for personal safety, the contents of performance, any violations of the laws, infringement of copyrights, patents and trademark. If I am in the "Under 18" age group, i agree that i have obtained the consent of my parent or legal guardian to join this club and they have read the rules and regulations. I further agree that the registration information furnished by me is true and accurate.
